Provide secure Internet Connectivity:
• Customers on the Shared Virtual Private Network have access to Shared Internet Connectivity service package for which bandwidth is allocated on a regional basis.
• Customers on Dedicated Virtual Private Network have access to Dedicated Internet Connectivity service package with bandwidth specifically allocated including local and international control traffic capability.

Provide secure dedicated VPN Network connectivity that enables Data, Voiceand Video capability, aligned to each customer’s specific business requirements.

Provide secure VPN data connectivity services to multiple government departments ina Shared Virtual Private Network environment.Note: This service is not available to new customers. The Service will be terminatedwhen all existing customers have been migrated to a Dedicated VPN Service.

Provide customer support in the development of ICT Plans ensuring alignment betweenthe organisations strategic business direction and its ICT investment business decisions.

Provide consulting services to address specific business challenges in a cost effectivemanner using international best practices, frameworks and standards.

Provide ICT strategy development and implementation services required to manage and directall IT resources in line with the government departmental business strategy and priorities.

Provide ITY Governance services that enable customers compliance with internationallyrecognised IT Governance Frameworks (COBIT and SA Government Corporate Governance of ICT Policy Framework)
